The ACS Queensland annual reunion for 2010 will be held at Carina Leagues Club, Chadwick Hall, Creek Road, Carina on Saturday 20 March 2010, commencing at 1100 hours. The cost for the day will be Members $35 + $5 subs per head and $35 per head for ladies, which covers the cost of lunch, hire of the hall and yearly subscription. All drinks to be purchased by members at the bar. For those with internet connection Carina Leagues Club website can be viewed at www.carinaleaguesclub.com.au . The catering number, with payment, is required by the Club three days prior to the function. All monies are to be paid on acceptance by cheque or money order. No payment accepted at the door. Those sending subscriptions only may send cash. Members cancelling before the cut off date will be refunded. Those who do not cancel before the cut off date will lose their acceptance fee.
Please return the attached acceptance/apology with fees by the 13th March 2010. All cheques and money orders are to be made out to ACS ASSOC QLD. Exceptions only for $5 cash for subscriptions, no other form of payment will be accepted. Cancellation refunds will be given only up to 3-days prior to the reunion.
The proposed ACS Melbourne national reunion to have been held on 17 Feb 2010 has been cancelled owing to escalating costs and lack of response by members.
